This guarantee exists because we want you to feel completely confident. With 4 different site designs to choose from, we're committed to landing on a design that excites you. If we can't, you get your money back minus credit card processing fees.
How Our Process Works
Understanding our process will help clarify when and how our refund policy applies:
- Choose & Pay:You choose your package and pay upfront.
- Content Submission:You submit your content, brand assets, and preferences through our Client Portal.
- 4 Layout Options (in 7 days or less):We deliver 4 layout options — design mockups showing how your website could look.
- Choose or Refund: You review all 4 options. If you approve a design, the remaining hours in your package are used to fine-tune your site based on the approved design. If none of the 4 satisfy you, you can get a full refund minus credit card processing fees. Note that time remaining hours and further adjustments may extend past the 7 days, but we are committed to finalizing the website as soon as possible.
- Fine-Tuning & Launch:We fine-tune your approved design using your included hours until you're happy, then launch your finished website.
Layout Options Phase (Refund Eligible)
Once you've paid and sent us your content, we'll deliver 4 layout options within 7 days. Our goal is for you to find a design you love — but if none of them feel right, you're fully protected: request a full refund (minus standard credit card processing fees) and we'll process it with no hassle and no questions asked. You can step away at any time and get your money back — no hard feelings.
After Choosing a Layout (Adjustment Phase)
Once you approve one of the 4 layout options, the remaining hours in your package are used to fine-tune your site based on the approved design:
- Adjustment hours:Your package includes dedicated hours (1 hour for First Impression, 3 for Lead Magnet) for tweaks, content changes, and fine-tuning of your site based on the approved design.
- Cancellation during adjustments:If you cancel for reasons unrelated to design (e.g., change of plans, budget changes), a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Contact us to discuss.
- After launch:Once the website is launched and delivered, refunds are no longer available. Post-launch bugs and issues are covered under the included support period at no extra cost.
4 Site Designs vs. Fine-Tuning
The 4 site designs are design mockups to help you choose a direction. They are not final, fully functional websites. The designs show style, structure, and feel — think of them as a sneak peek. Once you approve one, the remaining hours in your package are used to fine-tune your site based on the approved design into your complete, live-ready website.
Additional Hour Blocks
Unused hours from purchased blocks are non-refundable but roll over for 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired unused hours are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under our money-back guarantee or for any other reason, email us at sales@yourwebsitein7days.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your project details. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are for the full amount minus credit card processing fees, and are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions at our discretion when circumstances warrant. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fairness and will always work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
